Use the license on another computer

Step by step

Sign in to your account at nwkglobal.com/conta.
In the license, look at the “Computers” list.
Click “Release” on the computer you won't use anymore and confirm.
On the new computer, activate the key in Settings › License.

How many computers

The license works on up to 2 computers at the same time. In the account, the Computers list shows how many are in use, the name of each one, the NWK version and when it was last seen.

Deactivate from the program itself

If you still have access to the old computer, open ⚙ Settings › License and click Deactivate on this computer. With internet, the slot is freed right away.

Release from the account

If the old computer broke or isn't with you, use Release in the account. It stops working at the next license confirmation.

You can release computers a few times a month. If you reach the limit, the site tells you: Computer change limit reached for this month. Contact NWK.

First access to the account

On the sign-in screen, click First access or forgot your password? and type the purchase email. You get a link to create your password. The link is valid for 20 minutes.

Questions

I changed computers and the license says it was activated on another one.

Activate the key again on this computer. If both slots are in use, release the old computer in your account.
