Step by step
- Open “⚙ Settings” and the “License” tab.
- Under “ACTIVATE WITH KEY”, paste the key (format NWK-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
- Click “Activate”, with the computer connected to the internet.
- Check that “✓ License active” appears.
Where your key is
The key arrives in the purchase email and also stays in your account, at nwkglobal.com/conta. In the account, the Copy button copies the key.
What the License tab shows
With the license active, it shows the customer, the license type and the date:
- Subscription · valid until the end date of the paid period.
- One-time purchase · updates until the date updates end.
- This computer: the name of this computer and the license confirmation over the internet, which happens every time the program opens.
If it doesn't activate

| No connection to the NWK server. | Check the internet and try again. |
| This license is already active on the maximum number of computers. | Release a computer in your account. See how many computers. |
| The Activate button is grayed out. | Check that the key is complete, in the format NWK-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. |
Without a license
Without a license, NWK opens and shows everything, but it doesn't stream, doesn't record, and the Audio Operator doesn't connect over the internet.
