Refund Policy

You can try NWK Live Studio for free for 7 days before buying. If you are not satisfied after buying, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase or renewal, with no need to give a reason.
What is covered
- One-time purchase and update renewal.
- Monthly and annual subscription: the first charge and each renewal, within 14 days of the charge.
How to request
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle handles returns. Use the link in your purchase receipt or go to paddle.net. You can also write to suporte@nwk.com.br, and we will help with the request.
The amount goes back to the same payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the bank or card issuer.
After the refund
The corresponding license is canceled and the Software stops streaming and recording. In the case of an update renewal, only the purchased extension is canceled. If you are refunded for a subscription, also cancel the renewal to avoid new charges; if you prefer, support will do this for you.
After the deadline
After the 14 days, we review cases individually, such as a duplicate charge or a defect we cannot resolve. To stop a subscription without requesting a refund, see Subscription and cancellation.
Your rights
This policy does not reduce your rights under the law of your country. In Brazil, this includes the 7-day right of withdrawal under Brazil's consumer protection code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor), already covered by the 14 days above, and the legal warranties. In the European Union and the United Kingdom, you have the withdrawal rights provided for by law.
