Subscription and cancellation

This page summarizes how billing works on each plan. Billing is done by Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. In case of conflict over the use of the Software, the Terms of Use apply.

Prices in US dollars, in every country. Applicable local taxes and the total appear before you pay. Your bank may charge currency conversion and tax on international purchases, amounts that do not go through NWK or Paddle.
Automatic renewal
The subscription renews on its own at the end of each period and is charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel. The 7-day free trial does not ask for a card and does not turn into a subscription.
How to cancel
Cancel whenever you like, with no penalty, in My account, through the link in the purchase email or at paddle.net. To avoid renewal, cancel before the date of the next charge. If you need help, write to suporte@nwk.com.br.
After canceling
The subscription stays valid until the end of the paid period. After that, the Software stops streaming and recording until the subscription is active again. Your recordings and files remain on your computer. Canceling does not refund the current period, except as provided in the Refund Policy or by law.
Failed charge
If the charge fails, Paddle tries again and may ask you to update your payment details. The license has a small grace period after the end of the period. If the payment is not settled, the subscription is terminated.
Price changes
We will give at least 30 days' notice of any increase in the price of your subscription, so that you can cancel beforehand. The new price only applies from the renewal following the notice. A one-time purchase already paid does not change.
End of updates for the one-time purchase
The Software keeps working on the covered version, with no end date, as long as the license is valid. Versions released after the end of the period only work with the update renewal.
