Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Use and applies to the Software, the website and NWK's services. NWK neither sees nor stores what you produce, but the Software may not be used for what is listed below.
Prohibited content
- Content that exploits or sexualizes children or adolescents.
- Illegal content, including incitement to violence, terrorism, discrimination or threats.
- Intimate images of people without consent, and image or voice fakes made to deceive or harm someone.
- Recording or streaming people when the law requires authorization and you do not have it.
- Streaming third-party works without the rights, such as games, films, channels and music.
Prohibited use
- Fraud, scams, spam, or impersonating another person or company.
- Circumventing the license, activation, or computer or trial limits; sharing or reselling keys.
- Distributing malware, or probing, attacking, overloading or collecting data by automated means from the website, the license server or the relay.
- Using the relay or the tunnels for anything other than connecting your NWK devices.
- Violating sanctions, export laws or the rules of the platforms you stream to.
Use in critical situations
The Software was not made for systems in which a failure could cause death, injury or serious damage, such as emergency alerts or medical applications.
Copyright and reports
Since NWK does not host the content, removing a broadcast is done by the platform where it is located. If someone uses the Software or an NWK service to violate your rights or this policy, write to suporte@nwk.com.br with your identification, the work or right involved, where the violation is and a statement of good faith. We review each notice and, where appropriate, act on the license involved. Anyone who repeatedly violates has their license terminated.
What we can do
We may investigate suspicions, warn, limit, suspend or terminate licenses and accounts, and cooperate with authorities when the law requires, as provided in the Terms of Use. If you think we made a mistake, contact support so that we can review the decision.
