Questions about the license
What's the difference between the plans?
None in features. Both are subscriptions that renew automatically; the yearly plan costs much less.
How long does the launch price last?
Until the 1,000th subscription. Anyone who subscribes at this price keeps paying the same for as long as they renew. After that, the price becomes US$ 29 a month and US$ 199 a year.
What if my subscription expires?
Renewal is automatic. If your card is declined, the license stays valid for 7 days while the charge is retried. If the subscription ends, the program stops starting streams and recordings until you subscribe again. A stream in progress is never cut.
Is there a perpetual license?
No. NWK is sold only as a subscription, monthly or yearly.
Does it work offline?
It needs internet to open: the program confirms the license every time it opens. Once open, it keeps working even if the internet drops, and a stream or recording in progress is never cut.
How am I charged?
Through Paddle, which processes the payment and handles each country's taxes. Card, PayPal and Apple Pay are accepted.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days with every feature. Up to 720p, streams and recordings have no watermark; above that, the Program shows the name NWK Live Production in the corner.
