Step by step

Download and install NWK. The download doesn't ask you to sign up.
Open the program with the computer connected to the internet.
Fill in your name, email and mobile number and accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
Type the 6-digit code that arrived in your email. It is valid for 15 minutes.
Check Settings › License: it shows “✓ Free trial active” and the end date.

How it works

The download needs no sign-up and no card. You sign up in the program itself: the first time NWK opens, it asks for your name, email and mobile number and sends a 6-digit code to your email. Type the code within 15 minutes and the 7-day trial starts right away.

If the code doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and that the email address is spelled correctly.

Watermark above 720p

During the trial, everything works. With the project at up to 720p (1280×720), streams and recordings have no watermark.

With the project above 720p, such as 1080p or 4K, everything works the same, but the Program shows the name NWK Live Production in the top right corner. The mark appears in everything that comes out of the Program: streams, recordings, outputs and NDI®. The separate camera recordings (ISO) stay clean.

With a paid license, the mark disappears right away.

One trial per computer, email and mobile number

Each computer, each email and each mobile number can use the trial once. If this computer has already used the trial, NWK tells you: This computer has already used the free trial. Choose a plan at nwkglobal.com to continue.

Internet

NWK confirms the license over the internet every time it opens, during the trial too. See what happens without internet.

When the trial ends

The program tells you the 7-day trial has ended. It still opens and shows everything, but it doesn't stream, doesn't record, and the Audio Operator doesn't connect over the internet. To continue, choose a plan at nwkglobal.com and activate the key. You can activate the key at any time, even in the middle of the trial.

Questions

Is any feature locked during the trial?

No. During the 7 days, NWK works with every feature. The only difference is the NWK Live Production mark on the Program when the project is above 720p.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. The trial only asks for your name, email and mobile number, and it doesn't turn into a charge on its own.

What are the email and mobile number for?

To confirm it's you and to allow one trial per person and per computer. What NWK keeps and for how long is in the Privacy Policy, at nwkglobal.com/legal/privacy.html.
