Step by step
- Open the destination with “Edit” (or create a new one).
- In the “Quality” box, pick the resolution: 4K · 2160p, 1440p, 1080p or 720p.
- Pick the frames: same as project or half, when the project allows it.
- Adjust the bitrate in kbps or use the “Minimum”, “Balanced” or “Maximum” buttons.
- Click “Save”.
Bitrate limits
Below the buttons, NWK shows the range the bitrate can go for the chosen resolution. If you type a value outside that range, it is adjusted automatically.
Applies to both formats
The quality you choose applies to both the 16:9 and the 9:16 of the same destination.
Identical destinations add no load
Destinations with the same quality share one encoder. So sending the same video to several platforms puts no extra load on the computer.
How to choose
Start with Balanced. If your upload speed is weak, lower the resolution or use Minimum. Remember that the total of all destinations that are on must fit in your internet, with headroom.
