Run the transition by hand with the T-bar

The T-bar lets you drag the transition at your own pace, from the shot on air to Preview.

Step by step

  1. In the middle column, click the T button next to the duration field. The T-bar appears right below.
  2. Drag the handle from left to right. The selected transition follows the movement.
  3. Release the handle. It goes back to the start, ready for the next one.
  4. To hide the T-bar, click T again.

Tip

The T-bar is hidden because hardly anyone uses it. The program remembers whether you left it open or closed.
