Step by step
- Click ⚙ Settings and open the Audio tab.
- Under AUDIO OUTPUTS, turn on the switch for the outputs you will use. Only the ones turned on appear in the mixer.
- Choose the device and the channels for each output.
- In the mixer, on each channel, light up the A to E buttons for the outputs it should go to.
What they are for
Each output is a mix of its own. You choose, channel by channel, what goes to it. Use them for the stage monitor, a guest's headphones or the sound that goes to a call.
The outputs appear in the mixer's Master tab, with a fader and FX.
Master minus… (echo-free return)
People on a call must not hear their own voice back. For that, turn on Master minus… on the output. It then carries everything that goes on air, minus the inputs you check.
- Check the Master minus… box on the output.
- In the table, check the inputs that do not come back through this output, like the Zoom input itself.
Questions
Do outputs A–E go to the stream?
No. The stream and the recording always get the Master.
