Undated schedules
Build a schedule once and place it on as many days as you want. An undated schedule doesn't touch what is on air. Click Save as schedule…, type the Name of the new schedule and click ＋ Create. With With what is in the list on, the new schedule starts with a copy of the current list.
Place a schedule on a day
Open the day in the AGENDA (the calendar opens any day) and click ＋ Rundown…. Choose the saved schedule and whether it goes in At a set time or In sequence. A copy goes in: changing it here doesn't change the saved schedule or the other days.
With Automatic on for the day, at the start time that day's schedule becomes the on-air schedule and starts playing, cutting PGM to the Player.
Copy the on-air schedule
⧉ Copy the on-air schedule brings to the day a copy of the schedule that is playing, replacing whatever was there.
Week
The 📅 Week button opens saved schedules automatically on certain days and times, for example Monday to Friday at 06:00.
Save and open
Save a schedule to a file (.s360grade) to use on another day. To open one, the Player accepts that file or a .csv spreadsheet.
Playout report
The Player logs what aired and at what time, in one file per day that opens in Excel. The report button opens the folder.
