The internet dropped during the stream

NWK reconnects each destination by itself. With more than one network on, it switches to another in a few seconds.

What NWK does by itself

When the connection drops, each destination tries again by itself, nonstop, until it comes back or until you end the stream. You don't need to press anything.

At the top of the window, next to LIVE, there's a dot for each destination: green on air and yellow reconnecting. In the destination list, each one shows its status (connecting, on air, reconnecting) and how many reconnections it has made.

With more than one network

Turn on up to 4 networks: cable, Wi-Fi, cellular. In the ⚙ window next to LIVE, under INTERNET NETWORKS, check Use this network to stream on each one. Each destination goes entirely through one network. If the network drops or can't handle the bitrate, the destination reconnects by itself through another one in 1 to 3 seconds.

The recording keeps going

The recording stays on the computer and doesn't depend on the internet. It keeps going while the stream reconnects.

If the internet got weak

If the network can't keep up, NWK warns that the network lacks bandwidth for the stream bitrate. To ease the load, turn off a destination in the list: each destination's on/off button works even on air.
