Step by step
- Click FTB in the middle column.
- Program fades to black over the transition duration. The button lights up and shows FTB ●.
- To come back, click FTB again.
When to use it
Use it at the start or end of the stream, or during a break. The black applies to everything that goes on air: stream, recording and outputs.
Duration
FTB uses the same duration as the transitions' ms field.
Questions
Does FTB hide titles and overlays?
Yes. It fades the whole Program, overlays included.
Can I trigger FTB with a shortcut?
Yes. Create a shortcut with the fade to black function in Shortcuts and Triggers.
