Step by step
- In the Bible or lyrics window, click Appearance.
- On the Styles tab, click a ready-made style and see it in the preview.
- Adjust what you want on the Lyrics, Position, Background and Reference tabs (for lyrics, Name).
- To keep the current look, type a name under SAVE THE CURRENT LOOK and click Save.
Styles
Start with a ready-made style. The styles you save appear with ★ in the same list.
Lyrics
- Font, Bold, Italic and UPPERCASE.
- Size and Text color.
- Shadow behind the text (helps reading over the image).
- Shrink automatically when the text does not fit.
- FINE TUNING: Zoom, Line spacing, Letter spacing and Outline.
- For lyrics: Lines per slide.
Position
Click one of the nine small squares to choose where the text appears. Also adjust Text width, Side margin and Top and bottom margin.
Background
- No background: only the text, over what is on PGM.
- Behind the letters: a box with Box color, Opacity, Corners and Padding. Turn on Edge-to-edge bar across the screen for a full-width bar.
- Full screen: covers all of PGM with a ready-made background, a Solid color or an Image from the computer…. Darken background helps readability.
Reference and song name
- Show the reference along with the text (for lyrics, Show the name along with the lyrics).
- Show the version abbreviation (BLIVRE, KJV…).
- WHEN IT APPEARS ALONE: POSITION: the reference's corner.
- Size, color and Box behind the reference, with the box's opacity.
Back to default
↺ Restore returns the whole appearance to the default. Schedules, verses and saved styles do not change.
