# Organize verse schedules and song lists

Before the service, prepare a schedule with the verses or songs, mark the dates and save a copy to a file.

## Create a schedule
In the left column, under SCHEDULES (for lyrics, SONG LISTS), click + New. The new schedule already has today's date. Give it a name in Schedule name.



## Dates
Under DATES (OPTIONAL), type a date like `25/12/2026` and click Mark. Click a date to remove it. The schedule with today's date shows TODAY in the list.



## Item order
Drag an item's ☰ to change the order. On each item: ▶ shows it now and ✕ removes it from the schedule.



## Duplicate and delete
Duplicate makes a copy, so you can use the same schedule for another sermon or date. Delete asks for confirmation.



## Save a copy
- Export this one: saves the chosen schedule to a file.
- Export all: saves all schedules, so you can reinstall the program or take them to another computer.
- Import: brings back a saved copy. It does not delete what is already there.
