## Step by step

1. At the top of the mixer, click Native or Advanced.
2. Your choice is saved: next time, the mixer opens the same way.
3. To move the mixer to another monitor, click ⧉ Detach.

## Native mixer
This is the simple mixer. It fits in a small space and shows the essentials of each strip: fader, meter, ON/MUTE, AFV, PFL, the output buttons and the FX button, which opens the channel processing.

Echo cancellation is only in the Native mixer.

## Advanced mixer
This is the full console, with rows like a sound desk: Input, Effects, Dynamics, EQ, AFV, Sends, Pan, Subgroup, Outputs and Volume. It works best with plenty of room on the screen.

It is the same mixer the audio operator opens in the browser, on another computer or on a tablet. What one person changes, the other sees right away.

## Detach the mixer into its own window
Click ⧉ Detach. The mixer opens in a window called “Audio mixer”. If there is a second monitor, it opens there.

To bring the mixer back to the main window, click ⧈ Collapse or close the window. The window position and size are saved.

## Addresses for the audio operator
At the top of the mixer are the ⧉ Network and ⧉ Internet buttons. They copy the address the audio operator opens in the browser. Internet access is turned on in ⚙ Settings › Operators.

## Questions

### Does switching from Native to Advanced change the sound?

No. Both show the same console. Only the way you see and control it changes.

### What happens if the Advanced mixer does not load?

NWK shows the Native mixer instead, and the sound stays the same.
