Space, J/K/L, I/O and the arrows control the video on the screen that has the keyboard. The Tab key switches between Preview and Program.

## Step by step

1. Put a video in Preview. The strip below the picture shows KEYBOARD · PREVIEW.

## Who has the keyboard
- The keyboard always starts in Preview.
- In Program, it goes back to Preview by itself after 10 seconds without use and also after each cut or transition.
- If the keyboard's screen has no video, these keys do nothing. They never jump to Program on their own.

## Locked Preview
If the same video is in Preview and on air, Preview shows KEYBOARD LOCKED. That way you don't accidentally touch what is on air. Press Tab to control it from Program.

## When the keys don't work
With the Bible, lyrics, the template editor or Shortcuts and Triggers open, the keyboard belongs to that window only. Close the window to use the shortcuts again.

## Questions

### Can Space cut by accident?

No. Space only plays and pauses. With no video on the keyboard's screen, it does nothing.
