## Step by step

1. Click ⚙ Settings and open the Audio tab.
2. Under AUDIO OUTPUTS, find the row: Master, Output A to Output E or Headphones (monitoring).
3. Choose the device from the list.
4. If the interface has several channels, choose the stereo pair (for example Channels 3-4 (stereo)) or a mono output.

## The list options
- No device: the output plays nowhere.
- System default: uses the sound output chosen on the computer.
- The name of each connected interface or speaker, with its number of channels.

## If the interface disconnects
NWK starts using the interface again by itself when it reappears. Meanwhile, the list shows its name as “(disconnected)”.

## The Master and the stream
The Master device choice is only for listening. The stream and the recording get the Master either way.
